Modern Eye welcomes patients of all ages and accepts most insurance plans. We offer comprehensive eye care, like: complete eye exams, emergency treatment, pink eye treatment, foreign object removal, as well as comprehensive management of chronic ocular diseases.

Before Your Appointment
Will I be dilated?
Your ocular health is our number one priority. For this reason, we routinely dilate all new patients.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please be sure to bring your photo ID card, your medical insurance card (even if you have vision insurance too), a list of your current medications, and a pair of sunglasses.
How long does an appointment take?
To provide you with the best optometric care, please allow ninety minutes for a full, dilated eye exam and to pick out glasses in our luxury optical for the latest in spectacle designs!

We are proud to offer unique frames from leading designers such as Morel, OVVO, OGI, Article One, State and Scott Harris. For those that would prefer to be fit with contact lenses you will find our offerings no less numerous.
Dr Eckhart fits patients with contacts from brands including Acuvue, Air Optix, and many others.
